Return Policy

 

 OVERVIEW:

To process a return or exchange, please contact us to obtain a return authorization.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns are only accepted for defected products or on receiving wrong product. 

For returns, please contact us to generate a return authorization. For exchanges, submit a return/replace request. We will arrange a reverse pickup and issue a replacement once the product is collected by our logistics partner. This process typically takes 3-4 working days.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you do not see the refund after this period, contact us at support@drooldeck.com.

INVALID REASONS

We cannot accept returns if the buyer simply no longer wants the items. Buyers should be sure of their purchase before placing an order, as submitting an order constitutes a legally binding contract to buy the items.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we will be unable to stop the delivery.
